For Dr. Suess day in school a few years ago we did thing 1 & thing 2 cookies. They couldn’t be easier or any cuter so I wanted to share what we did.

Start with Keebler dude stripe cookies and cover them in white chocolate. Just melt some white chocolate morsels over a pot of boiling water or in the microwave and dip them in until coated well.

Next, once they are dry, get some blue cookie icing and and fork and spread it out to look like “thing” blue hair.

Lastly buy a bag of vanilla covered mini oreos and write the number 1 & 2 on them with chocolate cookie icing. That’s it!

Lastly, have your very own “Thing 1” take them to school🤗
