I’ve had a water infuser bottle for a while now and I have to say I love it! It’s very practical and there are a ton of recipes and ideas all over the web for infused water. It’s healthier than the store brands which contain sugar, and other unnatural ingredients. Lemons are packed with vitamin C which is great for the skin and makes it look healthier! It helps flush out toxins, helping with digestion. It’s also great for weight loss. It is recommended that if you’re under 150 pounds only used half a lemon, and if you’re over you can use a full lemon.
