For Dr. Seuss Day, we made cute Thing 1 & Thing 2 cookies using Keebler striped cookies coated in white chocolate. After they dried, blue cookie icing was added to resemble hair. Vanilla-covered mini Oreos were labeled with 1 and 2 using chocolate icing. Enjoy sharing them at school!
